Since this is a landline, please leave your phone number slowly and clearly for a prompt reply. Please note: Our office has a landline and a mechanical answering machine, so no text messages can be read.

CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT:

Please call as soon as possible so someone else can have your scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments without a phone call will be charged $20.

PATIENT SENSITIVITIES:

Some of Dr. Clunie’s patients are hyper-sensitive to microwave radiation from cell-phones, so we ask that you leave your cell-phone in your car during your appointment. Some of our patients are also sensitive to perfume, so please keep your perfume and other body products to a minimum when you visit our office.

Tom’s office is located in North Ashland near Exit 19 off the freeway.

DIRECTIONS FROM ASHLAND:

Drive north on Lithia Way (Highway 99) and go down the hill toward the car dealerships, which will be on your left. Turn right onto Jackson Road, just after Dutch Brothers Coffee.

Tom’s office is about 1/4^th of a mile up Jackson Road on the right at the Jackson Farm House (built in 1853) where you’ll see a big barn with a blue roof. Follow the signs, stay to the right, and continue on to the graveled parking area on the right side of the house.

FROM MEDFORD:

Take Exit 19. This is the FIRST Ashland exit as you are driving south from Medford.

Turn RIGHT onto Valley View Road and go 1/8 mile down the hill to the traffic light. Turn LEFT onto Highway 99 and drive about 100 yards. Then turn LEFT on to Jackson Road, just past the Human Bean Coffee kiosk.

Appointments are available Dr. Clunie available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. He is also available at other times for emergencies or scheduling convenience.
