OFFICE HOURS: Appointments with Dr. Clunie are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. He is also available at other times for emergencies or scheduling convenience.
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT: When calling for an appointment, please give your name and phone number slowly and clearly, because our office has a landline and a mechanical answering machine. Our phone number is: 541-482-9999.
PATIENT SENSITIVITIES: Some of Dr. Clunie’s patients are hyper-sensitive to microwave radiation from cell-phones, so we ask that you leave your cellphone in your car when you come for your appointment. Some of our patients are also sensitive to perfume, so please keep your perfume use to a minimum when you come for your appointment.
FEES: The basic charge for all appointments, including first appointments, is on a sliding scale of $40 to $60. This discounted cash pricing is based on the fact that we do not incur the cost of insurance billing. Dr. Clunie also understands that during and since the Covid-19 pandemic, and in light of increased inflation, that many people are experiencing financial hardship.
The first appointment will last up to an hour; follow-up appointments will be approximately half an hour. Dr. Clunie accepts cash or checks. He does not take credit or debit cards. Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Children 12 and under will be treated for free if a parent is being treated at the same time.
INSURANCE: Dr. Clunie does not bill health, auto, Medicare or Worker’s Comp.
CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT: Please call as soon as possible so someone else can have your appointment. Missed appointments without a phone call will be charged $20.
